I can't log in
I can't see my player profile
Please login using the email we contacted you with and the password we shared with you. You must be connected to the internet upon login. Please also double check the password which is case sensitive
Please check that you are online. Shut down the app and log in again. If there is still no profile player visible to you please contact us - support@moveahead.io
I can't set up my device
For best results, follow the animated video in the game. Place the device on a coffee table, or low desk, lean it against a candle/bottle/book and try to ensure the phone is at hip height. You can tilt the device back or forward to help ensure the child's whole body fits in the screen.
My screen is white and I can't see myself
Some devices require additional permissions to access the camera. When you first open the application, if your screen is white, try to 'hard close' the app, and open it again.
It's hard to score well in the Kick game
The Kick is a tough game to master in general. However, on older devices, because the camera quality is lower, the technology can struggle to see how good you are. Make sure your device is placed at hip height. Strike the ball at its base, and bring the foot from low to high.
